The building has a total area of 130,000 square meters with 3 retail levels and over 150 shops, restaurant part, underground garage for 1250 vehicles. The entire investment exceeds the value of 100 million euros.

Jedinstvo renewed its share buyback program in 2019 approved by the AGM and supervisory board of the company.
Jedinstvo purchased additional 2,971 shares (1.07% of total number) at RSD 5,100 per share.
At the moment, Jedinstvo holds a 5.99% stake of treasury shares.
Jedinstvo ad Sevojno posted RSD 2.5bn in nonconsolidated revenues in the period January-September this year, which includes operations of the parent company without its daughter firms.
On the bottom line, Jedinstvo reached RSD 61.9m in net profit, up 70 percent compared to the same period of 2017, though it suffered operating loss in the amount of RSD 35.2m.
Total capital of the parent company amounted to RSD 2.48bn at the end of September, while nonconsolidated book value of stock was at RSD 8,952.1.
