{"id":1370,"date":"2015-12-18T13:02:33","date_gmt":"2015-12-18T12:02:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mppjedinstvo.co.rs\/en\/?p=1370"},"modified":"2015-12-18T13:02:33","modified_gmt":"2015-12-18T12:02:33","slug":"this-years-record-date-fixed-to-december-31st","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mppjedinstvo.co.rs\/en\/2015\/12\/18\/this-years-record-date-fixed-to-december-31st\/","title":{"rendered":"This year\u2019s record date fixed to December 31st"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In accordance with the Capital Market Act and the Rules on the Contents and Methods of Public Companies\u2019 Reporting, Jedinstvo has informed the public through the Belgrade Stock Exchange of its record date.<\/p>\n<p>According to a public statement, the company\u2019s Articles of Association set December 31st, 2015, for the date when a list of company\u2019s shareholders entitled to dividend from the profits made in the current year will be established.<\/p>\n<p>The list of shareholders will be established upon the data from the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House\u2019s Single Evidence of Shareholders on December 31st, 2015, i.e. every shareholder on the record of shareholders on the last trading day of 2015 will be entitled to the dividend.<\/p>\n<p>A resolution on the payment of dividend wil be passed by an annual general meeting, upon the adoption of financial reports for 2015.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In accordance with the Capital Market Act and the Rules on the Contents and Methods of Public Companies\u2019 Reporting, Jedinstvo has informed the public through the Belgrade Stock Exchange of its record date.
