{"id":331,"date":"2012-06-04T16:03:11","date_gmt":"2012-06-04T14:03:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mppjedinstvo.co.rs\/?p=331"},"modified":"2012-06-04T16:03:11","modified_gmt":"2012-06-04T14:03:11","slug":"annual-general-meeting-held","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mppjedinstvo.co.rs\/en\/2012\/06\/04\/annual-general-meeting-held\/","title":{"rendered":"Annual general meeting held"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An annual general meeting (AGM) was held in the company\u2019s premises on June 1, 2012, starting at noon.<\/p>\n<p>The AGM passed resolutions on the adoption of the company\u2019s Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association for the purpose of complying with the Companies Act.<\/p>\n<p>Also, financial accounts for the last year were adopted, and the AGM passed a resolution on the dividend in the gross amount of 500 dinars to be paid out to the shareholders on the record on December 31.<\/p>\n<p>Beside the said resolutions, the AGM chose the company\u2019s auditor for 2012, and passed  resolutions on the acquisition of own shares amounting to 10% of the share capital and filing of the request for the listing of MPP Jedinstvo\u2019s shares on List B of the Belgrade Stock Exchange.   <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An annual general meeting (AGM) was held in the company\u2019s premises on June 1, 2012, starting at noon.
