Joint venture MPP Jedinstvo a.d. Sevojno and Termo Tim d.o.o. Belgrade are performing works on mechanical installations (thermotechnical, hydrotechnical and sprinkler installations) on the reconstruction of the business facility “Sava Centar” in Novi Beograd, which has been part of the Delta Holding system since 2020.
The renovated Sava Centar will have modern and attractive spaces for networking, smaller halls for corporate gatherings and parallel sessions during major congresses. A business zone is planned, followed by a shopping zone with additional facilities. The renovated center will be an energy-efficient building in accordance with the latest safety and sustainability standards.
The gross area of the building is approximately 100,000 m².
